Apprenticeship Opportunity – Trainee Engineer (Govt. of India NATS Program)

We require Trainee Engineers as Apprentices under the National Apprenticeship Training Program of the Govt. of India, with the following conditions:

• Applicants should be fresh graduates who completed their degree in or after 2021.
• For the first 6 months, stipend will be ₹9,000/month (50% from Govt. of India). After successful completion, a hike of ₹6,000/month may be given, totaling ₹15,000/month.
• Upon completion of 1 year, candidates may be recruited as full-time employees, based on company policy.
• Diploma holders in Electrical/Electronics Engineering may also apply (stipend: ₹8,000/month).
• A Government of India Apprenticeship Certificate will be awarded after successful completion of one year.

Fields of Apprenticeship

• 1. Trainee Hardware Engineer (Apprentice): PCB Schematic/Layout, Product Assembly & Testing.
• 2. Trainee R&D Engineer (Apprentice): Microcontrollers – ARM9, Arduino Uno, Mega, Edge Control.
• 3. Trainee R&D Engineer (Apprentice): VLSI – FPGA, ASIC, IP Core Development, SOC Design.
• 4. Trainee Data Science Apprentice: AI using Python, Machine Learning, Neural Networks.
• 5. Trainee Software Apprentice: Android, Windows, Web Dev – PHP, Java, React.
• 6. Digital Marketing Apprentice: Knowledge of marketing, content creation, brochure/website management, client communication.
• 7. Nanoscience & Nanotechnology Apprentice: Exposure to nano synthesis and characterization tools.
